Let Go & Breathe! Sunday mornings connect to your mind, body & heart through asana, pranayama & meditation. Asana, pranayama and meditation are three of the eight limbs of yoga. Join Rob Wilson as he weaves the 3 together in a full practice laying the foundation for you to go deeper into your practice. Breath allows us to drop out of our mind, connect more fully with our hearts, and assist in finding clarity and peace.

Class will begin with gentle postures/asanas all from the floor while beginning to work with the breath. Then, delve deeper into the breath with greater focus on pranayama: control of Breath. Class will end with a short meditation allowing you to connect further and follow the breath during your meditation.
