Let’s slow it down on all levels. In this class, we will move slowly and mindfully. When you feel like doing nothing, but know you should be doing something, maybe you need to tune in rather than work out. This class is a perfect way to begin your Sunday. Focus on being present in the moment and cultivating awareness of both the body and the breath. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to move their bodies slowly and mindfully.
