SUMMARY:New Moon Ceremony: Reflect. Set Intentions. Begin New.
DESCRIPTION:The energy of the new moon is a time for fresh starts\, new beginnings and setting intentions\, a period of introspection and preparation for the upcoming lunar cycle and the manifestation of your desires.\nJoin us Sunday\, April 27th at 4pm for our New Moon Ceremony! We will clear our energy and open in a circle setting the tone for a magical afternoon. Then we move into an intention setting guided \meditation followed by a gentle\, accessible to all 15-20 minute yoga practice with the focus on our intentions and manifestations.\nNext\, we will plant our seeds with an art project to help seal our intentions followed by a second guided meditation featuring crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. Our New Moon Ceremony will end with a closing circle as we release our intentions to the universe. \nPlease come with an open mind. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat\, a journal\, water – your comfort needs! $35. We are limiting the workshop to 10 students. Due to limited space\, no refunds
