About Rob:
From a notoriously crime-ridden neighborhood in inner-city Philadelphia, known as the “Walmart of Heroin”, he successfully navigated life through a myriad of challenges that come with a place like that and managed to put himself through college, while many of his school mates and neighbors fell to the darkness.
A 38-year martial artist having trained with masters, Grandmasters, and Buddhist Monks, a four-time Tough Mudder and invitee to World’s Toughest Mudder, a successful business and culture leader with 23 awards, an author of over 200 articles, a reluctant public speaker, president of the Oviedo High School NJROTC Booster Board, a guest teacher and student mentor, a Registered yoga Teacher and writer of the blog, “I Am No Yogi”’ Rob considers himself a socail humorist and Zen realist, who values people and life’s journey.
