Full Moon Sound Healing: Sacred Rest & Rising

On the eve of Easter, and in the sacred days following the full moon, we gather in the space between what has been and what is becoming.

Earlier in the week, the full moon illuminated what was ready to be seen. Now, in the quiet that follows fullness, we soften, listen, and integrate.

This special gathering begins with a gentle spring ritual.

Each participant will receive a dyed egg and write two words:

• One word that is already stirring within you — a quality that has endured through winter
• One word that you are ready to grow — the becoming that is calling you forward

These eggs will rest at the front of the room as we move into a deeply restorative sound healing journey.

Through grounding tones, spacious silence, and rising frequencies, we will move together through: Stillness → Stirring → Rising

Honoring the sacred pause before bloom.

At the close of the evening, the eggs will be gathered and redistributed as a reminder that we are becoming individually and rising collectively.

This is not a class.
It is a threshold moment.
A space to rest in the dark soil and trust what is quietly reshaping you.
