Morning Yoga and Meditation

A great way to begin your week & your morning. Let’s slow it down on all levels. First, we tune in. Connect to our breath. Move slowly, gently through an all-levels yoga practice. After allowing our bodies to relax through gentle movements, we turn our awareness to our minds, our breath, as we journey through a guided meditation and ending our time together with the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls & gongs. Class also includes delightful smells of organic/wild crafted essential oils. Perfect for all levels.
