QiGong and Tai Chi are closely related Chinese practices that offer numerous health benefits. While they share many similarities, there are some differences in their focus and application.
In this workshop students will get an understanding of the theory and mechanics of these two powerful practices, as well as gain experiential knowledge of why they are so valuable.
Practically speaking, there will be a talk, demonstration of forms (with an opportunity to try them) and Q & A session.
This session is for anyone interested in health and movement, and is suitable for all ages and conditions, as movements and positions can be modified for comfort and safety.
