Meet Your Instructor: Stephanie Figueroa
Stephanie is a passionate yoga teacher whose journey began with a background in dance, powerlifting, strongman and running. After a life-altering car accident, she discovered the transformative power of yoga, which not only healed her body but inspired a mission to help others on their paths of growth and self-discovery.

Stephanie’s teaching style is both challenging and compassionate. Her hands-on approach ensures every student receives personalized guidance, making her classes a safe space for exploration and progress. She believes deeply that “your win is her win,” fostering a warm and encouraging community where everyone is supported in becoming the best version of themselves.
