Join us for an evening of flow & rest! Best of both worlds. Class will begin with movement and joining the breath as you flow through an accessible class to all. Then, turn your attention to breath work, guided meditation and rest. Relax and release both body and mind as we work to restore natural balance of the central nervous system. Class will end with a deeply relaxing journey into savasana.
