Mat Pilates
This class is designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness all on the mat. Mat Pilates focuses on controlled movements, precise alignment, and mindful breathing to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve postural balance.
Through a series of classical Pilates exercises performed on the mat, you’ll engage your deep abdominal muscles, strengthen your back, and increase your body’s stability. Our instructor will guide you through each movement, offering modifications for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
