Yoga & Wellness Book Club

In keeping with our mission to assist & support you on your health & wellness journey, we are excited to announce our Yoga & Wellness Book Club! Our club will meet quarterly with our first schedule meeting Saturday, Jan. 25th 5pm.
This intentional series will expand your mind, introduce you to new practices, and cultivate community! Our instructor, Allyn, will lead the discussion on selected books, and guide you through gentle yoga and meditation inspired by the teachings. Light snacks provided. We encourage you to read the book prior to each meeting. January’s pick is: The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down: How to Be Calm in a Busy World by Haemin Sunim. This is one of Allyn’s favorite books! You can find the book at Amazon and even your local library! 5pm-6pm.
