You don’t need to be flexible or strong to begin - just open to the journey and willing to show up.
No need to pre-register. Simply arrive 5-10 minutes before class, and we’ll meet you on the mat.

Yoga Schedule
8:30am- 9:30am Sunday Funday Flow:
Vinyasa Flow to really get the nadis (energy channels) open and generate heat in the body. Basic standing and seated postures as well as modifications and props to ensure that all levels of yoga practitioners will be able to participate in the flow. A great way to start your Sunday with FUN upbeat music! Let’s play & have some FUN!
A great way to begin your week & your morning. Let’s slow it down on all levels. First, we tune in. Connect to our breath. Move slowly, gently through an all-levels yoga practice. After allowing our bodies to relax through gentle movements, we turn our awareness to our minds, our breath, as we journey through a guided meditation. Perfect for all levels.
9:30am-10:30am Gentle Hatha
11am-12pm Core & Balance
It's all about the core! In this class, we focus on strengthening the core, improving balance, and enhancing overall stability and flexibility through a variety of yoga poses. Accessible for all levels. Everyone needs a strong core!
6pm-7pm Gentle Yin
Ease into deepness. Melt into your yoga practice with this accessible class. Yin yoga gives your body permission to fully release into the asanas/postures. Work with gravity to slowly move deeper and deeper into each posture. Props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) may be used to support the body through the practice to allow for that release of muscle engagement. As you relax into healing postures, enjoy holistic meditation and enhancements to balance and restore body and mind. While traditionally practiced on the floor, this class can be enjoyed successfully in a chair as well!
Evening Flow 7:15pm-8pm
Let the day's stress out. An energetic practice which utilizes synchronizing the breath with each movement. This class focuses more on the transition of each pose to the next rather than staying in the posture. Designed to work your heart, strengthen your core and regain flexibility.
10am – 11am Yoga for Everybody
This class is designed to meet the needs of all levels of yoga experience, from the inquisitive beginner to the advanced enthusiast. Everyone is welcome, whether they are just starting out or have been practicing the discipline for years. The instructor offers customizable poses that address the unique needs of each student at their own pace. Our small class sizes allow the instructor to provide individualized instruction and modified poses for your experience level, allowing you to get the most out of your yoga practice. Yoga is for every body!
11:30am-12:30pm - Happy Hips & Back
Why come to a hip opening class? Our hip muscles work for us all day. Every day. They are responsible for walking, sitting, standing, running, climbing- are constantly activated and at a great risk of being injured. Supple hips can ease back pain, give you a better gait and even improve the circulation of your legs. We hold stress and negative emotions- such as fear, guilt and sadness- in our pelvis. A regular practice of hip opening postures can greatly reduce wear and tear on the hip joints, spine and knees. In this class we will strengthen, lengthen and loosen our hips and low backs. If you sit a lot, tend to have tension in your hips, or are an athlete looking for a recovery class, Happy Hips & Back is what your body is craving! Suitable for all levels.
6pm- 7pm Gentle Slow Flow
Move through each pose slowly and mindfully, even the transitions from pose to pose is like one long slow graceful dance, filling you with a sense of freedom and peace. Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into a more blissful state! Good for beginners and seasoned yogis as well. Sometimes, less is more!

If you always wanted to start a yoga practice, but struggle with wrist or knee pain, then chair yoga is for you. If you struggle to get down to the floor or up from the floor, then chair yoga is for you. Fibromyalgia? Neurological issues? Limited mobility? Senior? Office Worker? Chair Yoga is for YOU! Join us and see how chair yoga can benefit you. Improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

7:15pm-8:15pm Hip Hop Fitness:
Get ready to groove in our Hip Hop Dance Fitness Class, a high-energy, fun-filled experience that’s all about moving your body and lifting your spirits! This class is a judgment-free party where you’ll burn calories while dancing to an electrifying mix of hip hop, pop, Latin, and house beats. No dance skills? No problem! Whether you’re a pro or just here for the vibes, we’ll have a blast together. Dancing is joy for the soul, and you’ll leave every session energized, empowered, and ready to dance again!
10am -11:15am Gentle Yoga
This is a gentle class that combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. No Yoga experience is required. Gentle Yoga provides a beautiful way to softly wake the body up and stretch yourself out. Perfect for all levels.
This class is designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness all on the mat. Mat Pilates focuses on controlled movements, precise alignment, and mindful breathing to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve postural balance.
Through a series of classical Pilates exercises performed on the mat, you'll engage your deep abdominal muscles, strengthen your back, and increase your body's stability. Our instructor will guide you through each movement, offering modifications for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
Expect to leave feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body. No special equipment is needed, just your mat and a willingness to move!

An energetic practice which utilizes synchronizing the breath with each movement. This class focuses more on the transition of each pose to the next rather than staying in the posture. Designed to work your heart, strengthen your core and regain flexibility. Join us bright and early for great flows set to fun tunes to wake you up and get your blood flowing! You'll leave feeling energized and ready to tackle the day in this power hour of a class! You'll find a variety of fun upbeat jams. Challenging yet approachable.

The class that transforms your body & energy! Join us this Saturday & every Saturday at 8am for a unique dance workout! Dance Mix is a unique class that combines various cultural rhythms, offering a true musical journey. In this class, you'll learn dance styles such as Brazilian rhythms, Latin rhythms, Flashback, Hip-Hop, Line Dance and other popular dances from around the world. Join us & shake your tail feathers! Dance yourself into shape!
Never practiced yoga? If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you! In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, we will take the time to get to know and feel grounded in each pose, as we concentrate on the importance of the depth and fullness of our breath. All are welcome! This is an excellent introduction for new students and great for the intermediate/experienced student looking to fine tune their practice.
