Functional Flow is a functional fitness class combining Pilates, Barre, and Yoga to enhance alignment, muscle endurance, balance, and mobility. Taught by Lisa, RN and certified personal trainer, this class emphasizes safe, effective movement patterns that support joint health and everyday function.

Designed for adults of all ages—especially those interested in healthy aging—Functional Flow focuses on posture, core strength, coordination, and controlled movement to help reduce injury risk and improve overall quality of movement.
