Gentle Yin

Ease into deepness. Melt into your yoga practice with this accessible class. Yin yoga gives your body permission to fully release into the asanas/postures. Work with gravity to slowly move deeper and deeper into each posture. Props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) may be used to support the body through the practice to allow for that release of muscle engagement. As you relax into healing postures, enjoy holistic meditation and enhancements to balance and restore body and mind. While traditionally practiced on the floor, this class can be enjoyed successfully in a chair as well!
