Event Series: Yoga for Stress Relief
Yoga for Stress Relief

Join us for an evening of stress relief! This class will include mindful and gentle movement, leading into gentle, supported poses. Special attention is placed on areas of the body where stress accumulates and many tools and techniques including breathwork, guided meditation and more will be used to relax and release both body and mind as we work to restore natural balance of the central nervous system. Class will end with a deeply relaxing journey into savasana.
