In this fun and interactive workshop, Allyn will guide you through a variety of yoga poses using the wall as a tool for support, alignment, balance, and greater body awareness. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, working with the wall can help refine posture, build confidence, improve stability, and safely explore increased mobility.
